Use the droplist to select the system role carried by the User

Refine the access for the User.
 
Where "Ful access" is selected no other items need to be selected.

Select Report Groups

Where the "Selected Access" option is selected above, use this panel to select the groups of Reports available to the User.
 
Note that all reports in a selected group will be available to the User, unless the "Product report access" tab is used to select indvidual reports.

Use this button to save changes on this page

Use this control to Save all changes to the User record

Cancel all changes without saving, and revert to the original record
