Job Evaluation-based Reports
These reports provide a means of converting MHR Global's Job evaluation points to remuneration values.
Note: the conversion can be used only for JE points generated by MHR's JE Leader system
There are two reports:

This uses the Market Index Value generated using JE Leader to define an indicative remuneration range for the role

The report uses seelcted market segments to extrapolate the indicative range from the
Market Index Value generated by the JE Leader system.

This report allows users of MHR's online job evaluation system,
JE Leader, to develop and maintain banded remuneration structures which combine evaluation results with MHR RemData results.

The resulting structure can be saved within the
MHR RemData environment, and accessed at a later date for review or updating. The structure can also be exported to MS Excel.

This report is available only to licensed users of the JE Leader system
