Pay Distribution Report

Report Overview:

This report provides a series of charts (histograms) showing the distribution of records nationally for specific remuneration factors (e.g. Distribution of Base Salary).

The charts reflect the national data, and can be used to compare how a proposed decision on the level of remuneration offered to an employee sits in the market relative to the national distribution.

Note:

While these charts can be printed using the browser print options, they would more typically be viewed on-line.

The charts can also be pronted directly, or exported to a graphics file using the "Hamburger menu" in the top right of each chart.
