Deleted Users will no longer be able to access the system.
Note:
Users must be deleted when they leave the organisation, to ensure that they cannot access organisation remuneration data or survey data following their departure.
Responsibility for deleting Users rests with the organisation: MHR Global accepts no responsibility for any problems which may arise should a User continue to access the MHR site and organisation data after relinquishing the role under which access was previously provided.
MHR Global reserves the right to seek compensation from the organisation and/or the former employee for any of MHR's intellectual property (including survey data) data which has been accessed without authorisation.
This may be necessary if the User cannot recall the Password, or the Password needs to be changed as it has been compromised by someone who does not require access.
